Robin Ann Pagley, 51, of Decatur, was tragically killed in a three-vehicle crash involving a Fort Wayne Fire Department vehicle on an emergency run. Seventeen-year-old Willie Venzell Ivy III was fatally shot during a chaotic Halloween party in Fort Wayne after allegedly firing nine shots, injuring nine attendees. Investigators believe the shooter acted in self-defense, as Ivyās group attempted to force entry. No charges will be filed against the shooter as the investigation continues. Read More Here
