Monthslong Road Closure Coming To Fort Wayne’s Southeast Side
• Reynolds Street will be closed between Edsall Avenue and South Coliseum Boulevard starting Monday, May 4.
• The closure is required to allow crews to complete a watermain installation project.

School, Nonprofit Fix Up Kids’ Bikes Ahead Of Bike To School Day
• Northcrest Elementary hosted a bike fix-up event where children received repairs, tune-ups, and some even got new bicycles.

Fort Wayne Mother Accused Of Leaving Children Home Alone For Months
• A 42-year-old woman is facing three felony neglect charges after allegedly telling police she had not been in the home for several months.
• Officers reported unsafe conditions including mold, no running water, trash buildup, and a furnace with an open flame surrounded by clothing.
• Police were initially called for a child in crisis and later found the teen hiding inside the home while searching the property.
