A pleasant and less humid day with mostly sunny skies and highs around 76°F. Breezy easterly winds continue through the afternoon while very high UV levels make it feel bright and summery. The evening turns mostly clear and comfortably cool, with temperatures dropping to near 52°F overnight.

Construction Underway For Downtown Fort Wayne Grocery Store
• Construction crews are stabilizing and restoring the exterior of the former Perfection Bakery building for the future Pearl Street Market
• Mayor Sharon Tucker announced earlier this year that Surack Enterprises plans to open the downtown grocery store in early 2027 pending approvals
• The project is part of The Pearl development near Pearl Street Arts Center and aims to address the long-standing demand for a downtown grocery store

Fort Wayne’s Trail Network Grows With New Hanna Street Path Now Open
• The Hanna Street Trail is officially open, stretching about four miles from the Maumee River to Tillman Park
