Grab an umbrella and a light jacket because Wednesday brings scattered morning showers followed by a gray, overcast afternoon. With a high of 62°F and breezy northeast winds up to 20 mph, it’ll feel cool and damp through much of the day. Skies remain mostly cloudy into the evening as temps drop to a brisk 46°F.
