Good morning, Fort Wayne! Here is today’s update.

Today’s Weather

Monday, May 19
Hi – 67° Low – 47° | 🌧️40% | Wind ENE 10–15 mph (day & night)
A cool and breezy Monday is in store with increasing cloud cover throughout the day and a high near 67°F. Expect a mix of morning sunshine giving way to overcast skies by afternoon. Winds from the ENE will add a crisp edge to the air. Heading into the night, temps dip to 47°F as showers move in after midnight about a 40% chance of rain. Not a washout, but don’t be surprised if you hear a few raindrops on the roof by dawn.

🏥Gov. Mike Braun signed HB 1004, requiring Indiana’s Office of Management and Budget to set the average hospital facility fee by June 2026. Parkview highlighted efforts like a $1.1B savings plan and low-cost care expansion. Read more from WANE 15 here.

🌱 The Human Agricultural Cooperative received $400,000 through Indiana’s Local Food Purchasing Assistance Program, totaling nearly $1.5 million over three years. Former Zillow Execs Target $1.3T Market

The wealthiest companies tend to target the biggest markets. For example, NVIDIA skyrocketed nearly 200% higher in the last year with the $214B AI market’s tailwind.

Created by Zillow’s founding team, Pacaso brings co-ownership to a $1.3 trillion real estate market. And by handing keys to 2,000+ happy homeowners, they’ve made $110M+ in gross profits.

Now, after reserving the Nasdaq ticker PCSO, they’re ready for what’s next. But the real opportunity’s now – before public markets. And until 5/29, you can join for $2.80/share.

This is a paid advertisement for Pacaso’s Regulation A offering. Please read the offering circular at invest.pacaso.com. Reserving a ticker symbol is not a guarantee that the company will go public. Listing on the NASDAQ is subject to approvals. Under Regulation A+, a company has the ability to change its share price by up to 20%, without requalifying the offering with the SEC.
