Semi Rollover Closes Southbound I-469
• A semi overturned Monday around 7:40 a.m. near Maysville Road in the southbound lanes of I-469.
• Traffic was diverted onto Maysville Road while crews worked to remove the truck, with delays expected for at least an hour.
• The truck driver sustained minor injuries in the crash.

Homestead Basketball Star Myah Epps Recovering After Spinal Surgery
• Myah Epps returned home Friday after undergoing surgery for two spinal fractures sustained in a March 13 car crash.
• The community raised nearly $54,000 to help cover the family’s medical and living expenses during her recovery.
• She is expected to make a full recovery and is resting at home while following March Madness.

University of Saint Francis Honored with St. Francis Drive Dedication
• Leesburg Road from Spring to Main streets, including the extension to Jefferson Boulevard, was officially renamed St. Francis Drive.
• The dedication honors St. Francis of Assisi and aids wayfinding for visitors to the University of Saint Francis.
• A dedication and blessing ceremony took place Monday at 3 p.m. at the intersection of St. Francis Drive and Spring Street.

Fort Wayne Teen Sentenced to 20 Years for Shooting 7-Year-Old
• Sixteen-year-old Chandrai Dashawn-Jerry Suttle was sentenced Monday to 20 years in prison for shooting 7-year-old Khalil Molargik in May 2025.
• The teen pleaded guilty to attempted murder in adult court, and other charges were dismissed as part of the plea agreement.
• Court records suggest Suttle may have been aiming for the boy’s brother, who was killed in a separate shooting in July 2025.

Second Fort Wayne Woman Receives Suspended Sentence for Trafficking Case
• Twenty-one-year-old Harley Cooley was sentenced Monday to a six-year suspended sentence and four years of probation for child exploitation.
• Cooley’s plea agreement dismissed two counts of promotion of child sexual trafficking and was accepted at the victim’s request.
• She and another woman, Leticia Granados, trafficked a 17-year-old girl for multiple sexual encounters over several days.

Man Sentenced to 25 Years for Piere’s Double Shooting in Fort Wayne
• Twenty-four-year-old Tenoah Ridley-Tinsley was sentenced Monday to 25 years in prison, with 5 years suspended, for one count of attempted murder.
• The sentence stems from an April 2025 shooting at Piere’s Entertainment Center that involved two victims.
• Ridley-Tinsley had initially faced multiple charges, including two counts of attempted murder, criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, and obstruction of justice.
