A beautiful summer day is in store with mostly sunny skies and pleasantly warm temperatures topping out near 89°F. Light east-northeast winds of 5–10 mph and lower humidity will make it feel much more comfortable than recent hot and muggy days. The very high UV index means sun protection is still important during the afternoon despite the pleasant conditions. Clear skies take over after sunset, leading to a comfortable evening and a refreshing overnight low around 67°F.

• Zoo guests were evacuated from the African Savanna exhibit after a wildebeest moved out of its enclosure Friday.
• The male white bearded wildebeest returned to its habitat on its own and was monitored by animal care and veterinary teams.
• The zoo said the African Savanna exhibit has reopened after the incident was resolved safely.

Volunteers Search For Missing Peregrine Falcon Moxie
•Volunteers with Soarin' Hawk say peregrine falcon Moxie has not been seen since June 30 and are asking the public to help locate her.
•Her longtime mate Jamie remains at the downtown nest, making Moxie's extended absence unusual for the pair.
•Anyone who spots a falcon with a black over red leg band marked 99 and E is asked to contact Soarin' Hawk.
