Snow Tubing And Ice-Skating Park Planned For Southwest Allen County
• American Resort Partners, LLC is seeking approval to build a winter activities park with a snow tubing slope and ice skating rink near the I-69 and I-469 interchange in Yoder
• The park would operate from November through March, feature a 200-space parking lot and warming lodge, and employ 30 full-time and two part-time staff
• The Allen County Board of Zoning Appeals will decide on the special use request during Wednesday’s meeting
