A mostly cloudy day with more clouds than sun and a high near 43°F. Southwest winds at 10–20 mph will keep things blustery, and there’s a chance of rain showers throughout the day. As night falls, expect a mix of rain and snow showers, with temperatures dropping to around 26°F. W winds at 10–15 mph adds a wintry bite, so bundle up if you’re heading out.

Crash Blocks Lanes Near Northcrest on Fort Wayne’s North Side
• The crash occurred at Wakefield Avenue and N. Clinton Street around 10:45 a.m. Tuesday.
• Northbound Clinton Street is closed, and southbound lanes are reduced to one while crews clear the scene.
• No serious injuries were reported by authorities.

Elderly Fort Wayne Man Dies After I-69 Crash Near Goshen Road
• The crash occurred on Feb. 16 in the northbound lanes of I-69 near the 310-mile marker.
• The victim, 84-year-old Charles Anthony Hill Sr., died from his injuries on Feb. 21.
• His death was ruled an accident, marking Allen County’s second motor vehicle fatality of the year.

Citilink Announces Southeast Fort Wayne Route Changes Starting in March
• Route 5 will be retired, Routes 7 and 7A will merge into an updated Route 7, and Route 6 McKinney will be renamed “Southeast.”
• Routes 3 and 6 will provide expanded coverage along key streets and connect apartment communities and Bowen Health.
• A new direct connection from Pontiac Street Market to Central Station will improve access to fresh food and essential services.

First Single-Family Home in Village Premier Development Pending Sale
• An offer was accepted on the first 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch home before construction was complete, priced just over $215,000.
• Future homes in the development are expected to sell for under $220,000 and include 3 and 4-bedroom two-story floor plans.

Just Wingin’ It! Restaurant to Open in Former Wendy’s Building
• Wingin’ It will open later this year at Broadway and Oakdale near the Bluffton Road bridge.

Iris Family Support Center Returns Annual ‘Brown Bag Lunch’ Fundraiser
• The fundraiser will be held next Wednesday with all meals donated and prepared by Casa Restaurants.

• House Bill 1038 passed the Senate 26-22, allowing a casino to be located in northeast Indiana.
