Murder Charge May Be Dropped For 2024 Fort Wayne Shooting

Judge Orders Restoration Of Legal Status For Immigrants
• A federal judge ruled the Trump administration must restore legal status for hundreds of thousands of immigrants who entered through a Biden-era CBP One program.
• The court found the Department of Homeland Security acted unlawfully when it told many migrants to leave the U.S. after ending the program.
• The decision could affect over 900,000 people who were previously granted temporary legal entry and work authorization.
• The administration is expected to appeal the ruling.
