• Northbound lanes will close between Oxford Street and East Pontiac Street starting April 13 for water main work

Man Taken Into Custody After Pursuit And Standoff Along Coliseum Boulevard
• Police responded to a parked vehicle on St. Joe Road and learned the driver was reported missing from Michigan and in crisis
• The man fled, leading to a low-speed pursuit until stop sticks disabled the vehicle near Executive Boulevard
• Crisis and emergency teams helped de-escalate the situation before the man exited and was taken to a hospital for evaluation

Francine’s Friends Mobile Mammography Awarded Grant For Nearly 250 Screenings
• A $39,999 grant will fund about 240 breast cancer screenings and related diagnostic services for women in northeast Indiana
• The mobile unit travels across 14 counties and serves women age 40 and older regardless of insurance or financial status
• The program has screened more than 61,000 women over 20 years and funded nearly 20,000 mammograms not covered by insurance

Dupont Hospital Celebrates 25 Years In Fort Wayne
• The hospital opened in 2001 and has grown to include 131 beds, 15 operating rooms, an ICU, and a 24 hour emergency department

Allen County Fire District Plans New Chief Announcement And Major Restructuring
• Officials say the executive fire chief position for the new countywide fire district has already been filled
